I was shopping around for new wheels wheelwiz.ca had way more options than I thought possible. It was super easy to compare different styles and sizes, and I found a set that fit my car without having to search for a lifetime. The prices seemed totally fair too. I’m pretty much convinced this is the first place I’ll check next time I need wheels.

The quality was okay overall. Was it the best I’ve ever seen? Not really, but it wasn’t bad either. For what it is, I’d say it gets the job done.

I ordered my wheels from wheelwiz and was surprised by how fast they arrived. I expected to be waiting a bit longer, but they showed up in just a few days. The tracking worked properly too, so I could keep an eye on where everything was. Overall, I had no issues at all, and in my opinion, the quick shipping made the whole experience worth it.

I kind of found myself wondering what was happening and had to reach out on my own for updates, which isn’t the end of the world, but still, it would’ve been nice to not have to chase it. They did reply when I contacted them, just not super quickly, and the updates weren’t always that clear, so I was sort of left guessing a bit along the way. I’d maybe order from them again since the actual order was okay, but I do think they could do a better job keeping customers in the loop

Thankfully, everything showed up exactly as I ordered it, with the same finish and specs I picked. The boxes were labelled properly and the order details all matched. No surprises, no extra hassle, which was basically all I was hoping for. Happy with the experience and I’d order from them again...

I ordered some wheels for my Civic from wheelwiz and used their fitment tool, which said they’d fit. And yeah, they mostly did, but the offset ended up being tighter than I expected, so I had to go get a local shop to double-check everything before mounting them. Like, isn’t that kind of the whole point of the fitment tool? No rubbing so far, and the wheels themselves look fine. Shipping was okay too. But I’m giving 3 stars because the fitment was close enough, just not exactly confidence-inspiring

I accidentally ordered the wrong wheels and had to cancel the order. Wheelwiz did get the refund sorted, it just took a bit longer than I was hoping. I had to check in once, but they got back to me and the money showed up after that. Wasn’t perfect or anything, but it wasn’t a bad experience either. I’d probably order from them again, just wish they were a little quicker with refund updates.

wheelwiz was decent overall. I found the wheels I was looking for, and the site loaded fine, so no real issues there. The filters were a bit confusing at times though, and browsing wasn’t as smooth as I expected. Checkout was easy enough, which helped, but the shopping part could use a little polish.

The box showed up dented, not sure if that happened during shipping or what, but the rims themselves were fine when I checked them
